One completed payment confirms acceptance for the entire order. Before paying, read these terms, the Website Terms, every selected SKU-specific model page and upstream license, the Commercial Model License, Digital Delivery and Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Completing payment requests immediate delivery of every selected item and confirms acceptance of the policy bundle and item-specific terms identified by the cart, model pages, and Stripe Checkout.
1. Seller and scope
Blackfrost Softwares Corp, operating the Blackfrost brand, is the seller. A Model Store order may contain one or more separately licensed items. Each item covers the licensed model weights and only the configuration, tokenizer, metadata, documentation, or other repository artifacts expressly named on that item’s model page and accepted order. Gated repository access is the delivery mechanism; it is not a sale of a repository, Blackfrost intellectual property, or unlisted materials.
The cart, model pages, and checkout identify every selected product, SKU, price, weight format, delivery repository, included artifacts, architecture, practical deployment requirements, upstream license, and governing policy versions. Nothing else is included by implication. Custom model engineering, fine-tuning, post-training, consulting, integrations, scalable hosting, installation, deployment, and ongoing operations require a separate signed scope. Shadow CLI, Context Cooler, and other Community projects are independent open-source software governed by their own repository licenses; they are not Model Store deliverables and are not required to use purchased weights.
2. Order, price, and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. The cart and Stripe Checkout display the selected items and aggregate order price. Applicable taxes, duties, bank fees, currency conversion, and similar charges shown at checkout or imposed by law or a financial institution remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Blackfrost creates the Checkout Session from its server-side offer records and does not trust a browser-supplied price. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store the buyer’s full card number. An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and Blackfrost grants or confirms delivery access to the purchased items. We may reject, cancel, or refund all or an affected part of an order before delivery for pricing error, unavailability, failed verification, suspected fraud, sanctions or export restrictions, licensing conflict, or another lawful reason.
3. Digital delivery
Each purchased item is delivered by granting access to the gated Hugging Face repository identified on that item’s model page so the buyer can retrieve the named weights and included repository artifacts. The buyer must enter one accurate Hugging Face username during Stripe Checkout; that account is used for every repository in the order. After Blackfrost independently verifies paid status with Stripe—normally through a signature-verified event—and completes required compliance checks, Blackfrost’s delivery system begins immediate delivery of each selected item. A browser success URL alone is not proof of payment or delivery.
The buyer is responsible for keeping repository credentials and delivered artifacts secure. Included access-delivery support is limited to correcting a paid repository-access problem and identifying the files stated in the accepted order. If the username was entered incorrectly or access to one or more repositories is not visible after a reasonable processing period, email support@blackfrostai.com from the purchase email and include the Stripe receipt or Checkout Session reference. Never send a full card number, password, access token, or recovery code.
4. License, not intellectual-property ownership
Each item in an order is licensed separately under the Commercial Model License, its SKU-specific model page, and its applicable upstream terms. “Buy outright,” “own the weights,” and similar storefront language describe a one-time payment and the right to hold and self-host the delivered weights under those licenses. They do not transfer copyright, upstream rights, trademarks, repository ownership, or an unrestricted right to redistribute weights.
Each item’s upstream licenses and third-party notices continue to apply. Access granted to one purchaser or organization may not be sold, shared, or transferred except as the applicable licenses expressly permit.
5. Eligibility, authorization, and availability
The buyer represents that purchase, access, possession, and intended use are lawful in the buyer’s location; the buyer is not subject to applicable sanctions or prohibited-party restrictions; and the buyer will comply with export controls and the Acceptable Use Policy. Stripe applies its own payment and financial-crime controls, and Blackfrost checks the collected billing country before granting model access. A paid order may be placed on compliance hold and refunded instead of delivered.
For cybersecurity use, the buyer also represents that testing involving systems, networks, data, models, or accounts will occur only with explicit authorization from the owner or other lawful authority. Products are not offered where delivery would violate law, an upstream license, sanctions, export rules, or mandatory consumer requirements.
6. Compatibility, support, and updates
Large models require specialized hardware, storage, runtimes, and expertise. Except for the access-delivery support stated above, a Model Store purchase does not include Shadow CLI, Context Cooler, other Community software, evaluation tooling or protocols, an inference API, hardware, storage, cloud compute, hosting, installation, migration, deployment work, custom tuning or engineering, consulting, integrations, monitoring, continuing operations, or a service-level agreement.
Custom engineering and scalable hosting are available only under a separate signed scope defining deliverables, customer and Blackfrost responsibilities, infrastructure, support, operations, and any service levels. The buyer is responsible for checking the published format, footprint, architecture, runtime, and hardware guidance before purchase. Updates, conversions, patches, new quantizations, and future upstream versions are not included unless expressly stated.
7. Refunds, warranties, and mandatory rights
The Digital Delivery and Refund Policy explains the final-sale rule and exceptions for duplicate charges, non-delivery, corrupt or unusable delivery, material misdescription, and rights required by law.
Models are probabilistic research and deployment artifacts. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, no specific output quality, benchmark result, safety characteristic, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose is promised. Nothing excludes non-waivable warranties or consumer remedies.
These Terms are governed by Nevada law, subject to mandatory rights that apply in the buyer’s place of residence. The Website Terms’ provisions on liability, venue, changes, severability, and contact are incorporated here.
